Dan Holden has worked in executive and team development for over 25 years. He serves on the Executive MBA staff at the University of Notre Dame, where in 2006 he was awarded the school’s Inspiring Educator of the Year Award. Dan leads leadership workshops and team retreats and has an executive coaching practice with clients nationwide. He has authored the book, Lost Between Lives — Finding Your Light When the World Goes Dark, and writes numerous articles on executive development, diversitiy and culture change. An outdoor enthusiast, avid motorcyclist, sports car driver and ex-military paratrooper, Dan brings the heart of a mystical poet and teacher to his depth work with leaders and their teams. He speaks, writes and coaches from the solid foundation of someone who has walked through the fire. He and his family live in Southern California.

Susan has twenty years experience helping people resolve their differences, improve their organizations, and lead more effectively. As a consultant, trainer, mediator and facilitator, her expertise is in improving working relationships, creating a safe place for thorny conversations, managing strong emotions, and providing collaborative problem-solving processes. Susan writes a weekly blog helping people understand the challenges of conflict and develop communication skills to address them.  She earned a Master of Science in Conflict Resolution from George Mason University in 1988 and lives in Vienna, Virginia.

With twenty-five years of leadership development experience, Tom has consulted to companies, agencies, and non-profits on organization system change efforts. He's coached leaders, led team-building efforts, and trained leaders in the areas of leadership and cultural diversity. He has both U.S. and international-based customers and has coached individuals, worked with groups and teams, and led large groups ranging from 70-100 people. Tom works specifically with leaders under pressure through LifeLine Consulting and has written the book Are You Clueless?, targeting the diversity of customers and employees and converting cultural cluelessness into business opportunities. His clients include The Weather Channel, Booz Allen & Hamilton, the Internal Revenue Service, General Dynamics Land Systems, and the Argentine Education Ministry. Tom has an A.B in International Relations from Brown University and an M.S. from Georgetown University. He is fluent in Spanish and does much of his work in that language, having trained people in seven Latin American countries. Tom lives in Reston, Virginia with his wife Kathleen.
