Our trip in December of 2008 was the first of our own, as previous missions had been alongside other teams. Bringing a small group, we lead a conference for Gulu's church leadership. |

The IDP camps of Northern Uganda have held up to 1.5 million people forced from their homes into the most dire of conditions. Thankfully, as peace comes to the land, many are now seeking the life they deserve. |

In May of 2008 we helped faciliate a missions class for university students. Following its completion, 20 of us traveled to Northern Uganda where we reached out to prisons, hospitals, and spoke at churches in the area. |

Our first trip to Uganda, to the capital city of Kampala, was foundational for the trips that would follow. Our team spoke at churches, universities, and helped, too, at a summer camp, shown here. |
